

I have no idea what's going on or how to reconnect my Mail sub-folders with Thunderbird so that I can get my e-mails back. Even the one e-mail account which remains (and is still receiving new e-mail) is empty. So apparently everything is still there, it's just that Thunderbird doesn't know how to access those folders. Based on the sizes of the Inbox and Sent sub-folders in each, my data is still there. The other 4 sub-folders are the name of my ISP's pop server, with -1, -2, and -3 added to the last 3 folders. Firefox wont recognize anything I transfered with MozBackup. The software version is 1.4.9 and it has been updated on. Going from a 64 bit machine to a 32 bit machine. Looking in my Thunderbird profile folder "Mail" sub-folder, I find 5 sub-folders. Got Windows10 computer, but unable to set up Firefox to look like Win.7 even though I used MozBackup.

When it finished, all I had was one empty e-mail account (instead of three) and the e-mails that I had imported from Microsoft Outlook when I switched to Thunderbird. First I backed up my Thunderbird (52.2.1) files using MozBackup 1.5.2 beta 1, then I used MozBackup to load the backup file with the deleted e-mails. I wanted to retrieve some deleted e-mails from a MozBackup file I made about a year ago.
